When was the last time you had your eyes examined? When was the last time you purchased new eye glasses? Do you have headaches? Can you see clearly to drive? Can you see clearly when you read? If you answered yes to any of these questions, read on.
We only get one set of eyes in our lifetime. We need to take care of them. We need crystal clear vision when driving to avoid accidents and to read the road signs.
Our eyes talk to us on a daily basis. If they are not happy they will be blurry, burning and you might have a headache or eye ache. We need to listen to our eyes.
If our children are receiving poor grades in school maybe they can not see the chalkboard. Maybe they can not see close up but they can not convey this to you.
We must take care of our eyes. We use them constantly. If we need to wear glasses get them and wear them. Many of us have glasses; especially, for reading but feel they age us; consequently, do not wear them.
Our eyes are important. Take care of them and they will take care of you.
